We are so excited to launch our first-ever March Break Camp! This free, online camp features a full week's worth of content to keep kids active while at home.

DAY 1: Welcome!

Equipment

Before we get started, let's grab some supplies for the day. Don't worry if you don't have everything, get creative and see what you can find around the house! Here's what you'll need:

  • Plastic cup or a Pillow
  • Yoga mat (optional)
  • A ball (could be an actual ball, a roll of toilet paper, or even some rolled up socks)
  • A few containers (e.g. pots, plastic bowls, or a small bin)
  • Water - be sure to stay hydrated!
