Canadian Tire Jumpstart manages four important endowments: the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Endowment Fund, the Wayne Sales Endowment Fund, the Pat Marsden Endowment Fund, and the Brandon Crisp Endowment. These endowments were created from major gifts honouring the memory of a loved one or a celebration of a major milestone. We thank these donors for their vision and commitment to providing a boost to financially disadvantaged kids.

Wayne Sales Youth Leadership Bursary

Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities is proud to offer the Wayne Sales Canadian Tire Jumpstart Youth Leadership Bursary created from a donation by former CEO, Wayne Sales, to the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program. His vision and generosity has created a special fund for children of all employees who are in need of financial assistance to become certified coaches through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCCP) or sporting officials for sport and recreation. Through these educational programs these children gain strong leadership skills to support the sport and recreational programs within their own communities.

During his tenure, Mr. Sales was a great supporter of Jumpstart and his vision was to leave a lasting legacy for employees and contribute to the on-going success of the program.

Brandon Crisp Endowment

Youth from the Simcoe community lend a hand during the Brandon Crisp Memorial Golf Tournament.

It is has been an honour to partner with the Crisp family to create a living legacy for their son, Brandon, and his love for hockey. In 2008, the Crisp Family and Canadian Tire Jumpstart joined together to establish a special endowment fund in his memory. The fund helps kids in need in Simcoe County, Ontario, participate in organized sports and recreation. Brandon will live on in the joyful faces of children at play thanks to the donations collected and distributed by the Canadian Tire Jumpstart program.
